Register
If you're interested in joining us on a trip in the Carpathians, please visit the trip's page and register your details.
You're welcome to choose one or more trips that interest you. Once we receive your information, we'll be in touch to discuss the details and confirm your place.
Flights
You will need to book your flights separately as this is not included in the trip package. We will take care of everything else for the trip, but please make sure to plan your flights accordingly.

Our trips usually depart from London Luton Airport or Stanstead Airport. However, if you are travelling from a different location in the UK or Europe, you can book your flights to Bucharest Otopeni (Henri Coandă International Airport) on the same day as the rest of the group.
Transfers
Transportation to and from the airport is taken care of if you're traveling with the group. If not, don't worry, the Bucharest airport is just 30 minutes away from the Historical Old Town where you'll be staying on the first night.
You can easily grab a taxi or an Uber from the airport to your accommodation. We'll provide you with all the necessary details in advance, so you can plan your transportation seamlessly.
Sleeping & Eating
During the first and last night of the trip, you will be staying with the rest of the group in an Airbnb apartment located in the center of Bucharest.
This is a bustling tourist destination, with plenty of good restaurants and bars to choose from, and there is always something to do. The apartment will be waiting for you upon arrival, and all you need to do is step out of the building to start exploring.

While in the mountains, we will be staying at a Mountain Chalet with rooms that can accommodate 2 to 8 people. The chalets have their own restaurants, and you will be with the rest of the group for the duration of the trip. Expect plenty of cheering and singing here too!
